Webinar on Bringing Pelvic Health Out of the Shadows
Wednesday 23rd September
12:30-13:30
ONLINE - Must book in advance
Join us on Wednesday 23rd September for a webinar on bringing women’s pelvic health out of the shadows.
Ally is a specialist women’s health physiotherapist based in Herefordshire, with over 28 years of experience in physiotherapy and 13 years specialising in pelvic health. She’s the founder of Empowered Pelvic Movement (EPM), an initiative dedicated to educating rural communities on pelvic and women’s health — and empowering women to advocate for themselves.
Rural areas often have limited access to specialist care, and Ally is on a mission to close that gap. Through her business, nunoou.fit, she’s bringing dedicated clinics to smaller rural towns, putting expert support within reach of the women who need it most.
Pelvic health remains a taboo subject — incontinence, prolapse, and painful intercourse aren’t exactly dinner table conversation. But Ally is changing that, one honest conversation at a time. She’s creating a warm, non-judgemental space where women can ask the questions they’d otherwise keep to themselves, and get real answers without shame or stigma.
As Ally puts it: “Your health is too important to be taboo.”

Fieldsports First Aid Course and Shooting
New Date Coming Soon
Holland & Holland Shooting Grounds
Ducks Hill Rd, Harefield, Northwood, HA6 2ST
