WWWR is calling on countryside businesses, estates and farms across the UK to help inspire the next generation of female talent by offering internships, placements and work experience opportunities through a new sector-wide initiative.

The scheme aims to increase awareness of the diverse range of careers available within the rural economy and encourage more women to consider opportunities in industries that are often overlooked or misunderstood.
